Keith Parkins, Rob Harrison and Angela Vowles that’s us!
An eclectic mix of musical styles created with Jazz flavoured instrumentation, post- punk, music concrete! A sickening unity of discord and mayhem. Keith Parkins on sax reworking trad into mad interweaving melodic devices- Angela Vowles aka ‘vowels’ is a vessel of emotional sounds extending innate vowel sounds and producing nonsensical phrasing and resonances with her voice. Rob Harrison works the drums in a mixed genres a crash collision of percussive sounds using a range of utensils, with interludes of transferring skills onto the electric guitar.
This improvisational trio make music (most of the time) but don’t know where it’s going nor do they know when it will end – they create their own time and space, it is an open cup!
